Teacher Recruitment Fair 2008

Location: Carter Hall, USI University Center

Schedule of Events:

9:15 am - Pre-registered Student Check-In Begins
9:30 - 10:00 am - Pre-registered Participants Entrance to Fair

9:50 am - All Candidates Check-In Begins
10:00 - 11:30 am - Open Fair for all Candidates in Carter Hall

11:30 am - 1:00 pm - Lunch and Interviews (optional) *Lunch is on your own

Description:

The Teacher Recruitment Fair is your opportunity to meet recruiters from several different school systems. If you pre-register for the fair, you will be granted early admission, giving you a head start on talking to the school systems!

Pre-Registration:

The deadline for pre-registration is Wednesday, April 9, 2008. During the Open Fair, from 10:00 - 11:30 am, the fair is open to all teacher candidates. To pre-register:

Complete the Pre-Registration Form and email it to Gene Wells (Gw5) AND Diane Austin (Da34) by Wednesday April 9, 2008
Submit a Career Services-approved resume to UE JobLink by April 9, 2008
Upon receipt of your Pre-Registration Form, you will be sent a Pre-Registration Ticket. You Must bring the Pre-Registration Ticket with you to the Fair.

Recruiters will have the ability to set up individual interviews with you during the fair. These interviews will take place from 11:30 am - 3:00 pm. Lunch is on your own.
