UE JobLink

Students and Employers: Your username is now your email address and your password has remained unchanged. If you can no longer remember your password, please select "forgot password" and it will be emailed to you. If you have questions on the transition, please feel free to contact us.

How do I register?

Step 1: Go to the UE Career Services web site: http://careerservices.evansville.edu
Step 2: Click “Student” in the gray box that is titled “UE JobLink”
Step 3: Click “New users register here”
Step 4: Click the “Register” tab
Step 5: Enter your email address as your username
Step 6: Initial password is: uejobs
Step 7: Complete registration form
Step 8: This will take you to the UE JobLink Home Page
Step 9: Complete all tabs under “Profile”
Step 10: Change your password under “Profile”

What are the benefits of UE JobLink?

  • Post your resume easily by downloading a Word Document. This allows you to preserve your format.
  • Employers have easy access to your resume.
  • View thousands of position listings including internships, co-op and full-time positions available for UE students and alumni.
  • UE JobLink is Web-based, allowing for 24-hour availability.
  • Once you set up your user name and password you are just two clicks away from accessing the current postings on UE JobLink.
  • UE JobLink is your connection to career services and resume forwarding.

Create a UE JobLink Account to:

  • Post your resume easily by downloading from a Word document allowing you to preserve your format
  • Easy employer access to your resume (you must choose this feature in the privacy settings)
  • View thousands of position listings including internships, co-ops and full-time positions available for UE students/alumni
  • Search for positions and update your information all day, every day
  • Once you set up your user name and password you are just two clicks away from accessing the current postings on JobLink
  • Your connection to Career Services, resume forwarding, on-campus recruiting, and events
 


How Do I Upload My Résumé, Cover Letter, Writing Sample, or Other Document?

Step 1: From the UE JobLink home page, click on “Documents”
Step 2: Click “Add New”
Step 3: Label your document (ensure that it is a professional label you are comfortable with an employer seeing)
Step 4: Indicate the document type
Step 5: Click “Browse” to locate the document on your desktop or removable disk
Step 6: Click “Submit”
Step 7: Your document will go through an approval process with Career Services; you will be notified via email of your approval status

Once your résumé is approved it will be available in the system for résumé books (if you indicate this preference under the “Privacy” tab) and to apply for positions through the system. Other documents that are approved will be available in the system for job applications as well.
