UE JobLink Description and Employer User Agreement

UE JobLink is a national, web-based recruiting system used by University of Evansville students, alumni, faculty and staff to search for full-time, internship, co-op and part-time job opportunities. UE JobLink is not a public site and is exclusive to the University of Evansville and other NACElink affiliated colleges and universities. This website allows you to:

• Create job posting(s) for full-time, internship, co-op and part-time job opportunities at the University of Evansville at no cost to you;
• Create job posting(s) for full-time, internship, co-op and part-time job opportunities for additional colleges and universities in the system for a fee;
• Manage all jobs posted in the system through reviewing, editing or canceling job postings;
• Update organization and contact information, create new contacts and edit your professional contact information;
• Receive announcements about upcoming career events at the University of Evansville ;
• Register through UE JobLink for career fairs, on-campus recruiting, information sessions and other events;
• Establish and manage resume drops for open positions.

Participation Agreement--Please read agreement before using UE JobLink:

Career Services and Cooperative Education agrees to:

• PROVIDE SERVICES: Offer services to assist you in developing job, internship and co-op announcements, creating resume drops, facilitating registration for on-campus events and scheduling on-campus recruiting initiatives.
• NON-DISCRIMINATION: Provide you with access to job candidates without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, or disability and provide you with reasonable accommodations upon request.
• PROTECT CONFIDENTIALITY: Exercise sound judgment and fairness in maintaining your confidentiality.

I agree to:

• APPROPRIATE USE OF RECRUITING SYSTEM: You may not respond to postings by other users in any manner or for any purpose other than that which is expected (i.e. initiate further discussion with a candidate and post position openings). Communications soliciting the employer's business by NACE competitors are prohibited. You may not send unsolicited email to users promoting your products or services, for other commercial purposes or to promote career activities on campus.
• PROTECT YOUR PASSWORD: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You are responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. If others use your password to post inappropriate material on the site you risk losing access to the site. You agree to contact Career Services and Cooperative Education immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your registration and password.
• EXERCISE CAUTION: You may not delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity.
• CONFIDENTIALITY: All student information must be handled with care and confidentiality; student résumés must be used only for the intended purpose of filling your position opening. Résumés cannot be forwarded to other parties without the applicant's consent.
• REPORT INAPPROPRIATE ACTIVITY: We expect you to report inappropriate postings or conduct to Career Services and Cooperative Education.
• SECURITY VIOLATION: You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the site without limitation.
• ACCURATE INFORMATION: Certify that position description and qualifications required are truthful and accurate.
• INSTITUTIONAL REPORTING: Recognize that Career Services and Cooperative Education will need to utilize employer information for the purposes of reporting how many full-time, internship, co-op and part-time job opportunities are provided for students, alumni, faculty and staff.
